Helpson.ai is an AI-powered job application automation service that:

• Searches for job opportunities matching your criteria
• Automatically fills and submits job application forms
• Generates AI-powered cover letters and responses
• Tracks your application progress

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account

4.1 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe

4.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only if no AI tokens from the purchase have been consumed
• Once any tokens are used, that purchase is final and non-refundable
• No partial refunds are available for partially used token balances

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Provide false or misleading information in job applications
• Use the Service to spam employers or job platforms
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Use another person's account or credentials

6. Third-Party Platforms

The Service interacts with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn via session cookies that you provide. By using our Service:

• You acknowledge that you are also bound by the terms of those platforms
• You authorize us to use your authenticated session to access and interact with those platforms on your behalf for the purpose of automated job applications
• You understand that we do not store your passwords — we operate using encrypted session tokens only
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that may affect the Service

7. AI-Generated Content

• The Service uses AI to generate cover letters and application responses
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before submission
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content

8. Limitations of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the Service
• We are not responsible for decisions made by employers or job platforms
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Helpson.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law
