Helpson.ai connects to LinkedIn using browser session cookies that you provide during onboarding:

• We never store your LinkedIn password. Authentication is performed entirely by you in your own browser. We only receive and store session cookies after you have logged in.
• Session cookies are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and stored in an isolated environment not accessible from the public internet.
• Session data is used solely to operate the automated job application bot on your behalf.
• We do not share your session data with any third parties.
• You can revoke access at any time by logging out of LinkedIn, which invalidates the stored session.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Public CV submissions are kept in access-restricted storage for approximately 30 days; automated cleanup runs every six hours while the service is operating, so deletion can occur in the next cleanup window. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.
